The state of the Union is one of dysfunction.

No need for a speech to illustrate the obvious, regardless of where or when it would be held.

Besides, it's more fun listening to POTUS speaking to an energetic rally crowd than to the 535 should-be tree ornaments.

Might as well just not have it and take the card off the board altogether.
