i haven't done a through dig yet, but Franklin Haney came up on my radar a bit ago. Haney became a billionaire renting out office buildings to the US Govt in DC. Decided a couple of years ago he wanted to invest in a defunct nuclear plant (couldn't raise the funds, so thats a dead investment). He is one that might be interesting to research deeply.
