This is a very real problem, and will eventually doom the republic if it isn't corrected.
We must petition the Federal Government to extend equal protection under the law to rural counties being ruled by distant population centers.
We must have an electoral college system for counties to have equal representation because the current system results in taxation without representation, our original complaint against the Crown.
We have a representative republic on the Federal level, and mob rule democracy on the State level.
