Something else interesting I found. Google maps has Spade's house visible, but when you zoom in, it's an empty lot. Which means it was either recently constructed or demolished. If either/or, there might have been some excavation going on.

Don't have Google Earth, so not sure when each of the photos was taken.

Agree anon. Forgot about that fire until you mentioned it.

There was also that shooting at a veterans home nearby in Yountville last March.
