Why do we even have a president?
He lawfully does things, but federal courts can over rule him?
He closes government to get them to act right again, but they hold a vote on bills to get around him?
Why?
It's an enormous waste of money to have a presidential election every 4 years just to have the position NOT be able to do what the post is constitutionally allowed to do.
