We the People own the Capitol Building and the chambers used by the House and Senate. Is there a way we can override Pelosi re: POTUS using the House Chamber to deliver the SOTU?

Yes, I know we're watching a movie and I'm certain POTUS has a plan in motion, but technically speaking, if We the People want to hear OUR President deliver an address, don't we have the right to override Pelosi and allow the President to use OUR chambers?
