That's a damn shame, wanted to see NP & CS bent over and impaled first…but if he's going national emergency then fully fund and use army to get it done within the tear
any lawfags out there - what would happen in theory if POTUS declared a national emergency and the republicans immediately challenged it in the 5th circuit, would this eliminate a 9th circuit challenge?
I would assume that a liberal ruling would postpone construction whereas a more conservative ruling could allow construction in sensitive areas whilst awaiting SCOTUS judgement therefore not slowing down any construction activity?
