You do have a kind heart and you do mean well, but there are people, and countries that would tear your plumbing out, blow it up and slit your throat, simply because you do not worship their god and follow their laws.
Do you know we've actually tried to drop food on other countries to feed the starving people in times of crisis? It's true, they gathered it all up and set it on fire, cursing us as they did.
