Another C17 with an RCH callsign (RCH 528) the associated Q crumb 528…. Looking at RCH callsigns as a whole, I am seeing more 'meaning' in those associated with C17's and not C5's. Will stop posting these now until I have a more complete idea if this is meaningful or not. ("No outside comms" comes to mind…)
