ITs complicated- they shun modern conveniences. Usually things that are seen as not benefitting the community are shunned.
Mennonite are what I call “Amish lite”. They drive, etc.
Which seems so backward. It takes a real woman to deal with the marathon of pregnancy..not easy for sure for most women.
