Yes, VPN use makes IP hopping effortless. Sometimes if the VPN loses its node, it'll hop without your knowledge and throw off your (you)s without your knowing it. Mostly however, it's shills bypassing filters and post count hiding scripts. The easiest though, is still just eye filter, scroll right on past. Done.
