It was on or near 2/19/2018 or 2/20/2018.
On Fox News in the evening there was a video clip of President Trump speaking. He ‘stumbled’ over a word and his sentence sounded weird. A replay showed he said the word “Sub” spoken quickly and out of context. Someone else into the room agreed.
The episode was saved so it could be examined again and when I went back - it had been deleted.
This seems as intended communication from POTUS. And Much searching on the net has not turned up the clip.
The topic of the excerpt might have been about upcoming tougher sanctions on NK, but can’t even be sure of that now
In addition - Could this Sub reference have anything to do with Red October.
