Only in the sense that it's standard procedure for how the deep state rolls. The whole pee-pee dossier is an earlier example. They fabricate a story, pitch it to their mockingbird sources who report it, then they use the 'news' reports to back-up and validate their false theories. Nancy called it the wrap up smear.
In this case, they let the fake news/cnn/cia know what was going to happen, they bring the camera, and the agents roll up for the dramatic arrest. It's all staged.
What I am honestly hoping will now happen is President Trump declares a state of emergency, details the coup that's underway, and sends the marines around the country to arrest these deep state pieces of shit, from hillary, barrack, brennan, podesta, soros, strzk, page, rice, holder and everyone else down the line.
