I came across another Q hit piece talking about the shutdown. It indicates there are 2 types of shutdowns and I don’t think we are currently in an EMERGENCY shutdown. But correct me if I’m wrong.

POTUS keeps mentioning declaring a National Emergency and many in congress are asking him to do so, but I think he had to wait until after the 30 days if he wants to can get rid of or reassign SES people under RIF. The courts will also run out of money any day which brings me to a great and VERY informative thread by @BLUEPRINT_Q that mentions…

“Notably, "Ex parte Milligan" (1866) ruled against civilian military tribunals so long as civilian courts are operational”

So courts running out of $ opens the door to tribunals. Thoughts?
