if the Q post precedes POTUS public twatter posts/statements, etc, that can fairly be called a proof or at least points in favor of a proof.
The other way around, POTUS public tweet preceding a Q post, isn't much of a proof, as that can easily be written off as someone just copying verbiage from POTUS old tweets.
