When we get EMPd, existing military hardening won't suffice, as proved by the USS Fitzgerald incident. It was hardened to 80 dB, as has been mil spec since 1962 starfish prime tests. The Fitz was EMP-killed by something that put out near 320 dB. That's the practical limit, and that's where Russia is probably at.

If Russia were to launch a hypersonic EMP missile from international waters 12 miles off California, we'd have NO recourse and NO defense.

Strategically, the sooner the better.

So I planned and prepared accordingly.
