I mean you can't really argue back and forth here on this one because unfortunately you are both right. Can you get thrown in jail for it? You betcha. Should two consenting adults be able to do whatever they want as long as they aren't violating the rights of others even though it's downright disgusting and dangerous? You betcha. :)
