POTUS has mentioned duct tape at least eight or nine times in the last couple of weeks… "experts" do not know what he is talking about… he is talking to us, but what does it mean?

Original article was a WAPO piece that is currently behind their pay wall - but the so called experts at the border would be whoever wapo supposedly talked to – point is that POTUS is obviously drawing attention to the taping.
