not sure this deal is making sense. McConnell must have betrayed POTUS and now POTUS has to have the legal team prepare challenges for a National Emergency. Nancy was only asking for 2 weeks of open government and he gave 3 weeks and got nothing in return. If he gave 3 weeks then he must need the 3 weeks to mount a legal fight. His cabinet gathered in there for a reason during the delay of announcement. Each one of them would be providing the dollar amount of funds to be provided during the emergency. The cabinet was a show of force for someone other than the public because he came out alone. Looks like I will be digging on some old cases to find out what the consequences are ( treason type) to those who obstruct our Military during a national emergency. Bottom line is , if they obstruct our military and cause the death/injury of someone or damage to property they could be held vicariously liable. I just can't imagine a Judge doing that. Any other lawfags wanna pitch in and search up possibilities of losing judicial immunity in a situation like that?
