Optically speaking, voting AGAINST the idea of repatriating seized funds from one of Mexico's biggest drug kingpins to plug up the very border they've exploited for trafficking… yeah. Even a layperson would know that voting against such a no-brainer measure is pure idiocy. And you can bet Schumer and Pelosi will do just that.

I'm getting the feeling that the SOTU is at the very heart of this because of how ol' RBG is still publicly MIA despite all the media puff-pieces saying otherwise. Way to admit the reason why, Nancy!
It would be a nice setup for yet another gigantic media gaffe if RBG is absent from the SOTU. They were claiming for a while that she's healthy behind the scenes, but it's looking less and less the case as time goes on. It would stir more NPCs awake when they find that their precious media has once more blueballed their brainwashed hopes.
Even so, people want proof of life with her. She hasn't been seen in public, so if she would show up at the SOTU, the NPCs would be happy and we'd be scratching our heads with deeb goncern, yeah? So why is Nancy fighting it so much?
