Why do you guys think that the SCJs need to be at the SOTU?
Somebody said that, and EVERYBODY believes it.
Pelosi has NO CONTROL over when or where POTUS delivers the SOTU.
He only has to supply Congress with a written transcript.
A fax after the fact would be in writing AND HILARIOUS, especially if he addressed it:
To: Nancy Pelosi and whoever else there may be actually there today working and is interested.
