The way I see it, Roger Stone's connection to Guccifer 2.0 and the Russians who got indicted for hacking the DNC, HRC emails, is greater evidence of how "grossly negligent" HRC was. She risked National Security, and Russia exploited that. It's why you don't conduct official government business, and exchange classified information on personal devices.
