Few questions, are we sure that military tribunals are going on at this moment?

I was under the impression that you could only have Military Tribunals when there is a shutdown.

did they just go into a holding pattern?

Three items to put on the board.

1. Military Tribuanls

2. Declass

3. National Emergency

What must be done first…

Do we have to have a shutdown from a National Emergency first before Military Tribunals? does it have to be in that order?

Can we Declass while we wait the 3 weeks that the Government is open? or would it be better to Declass during or after the National Emergency?

Would the Military Tribunals be able to handle the Declass or will we need normal courts?

All in all I curious as probably a bunch of fellow Anons are is:

What is Trump's most logical/Best move…and will he do it or will he do something different…I know..I know Dems/Libs monitor this board..but does it make a difference in this case…There should be nothing going to stop what is going to happen…

So, we have to wait until shutdown due to the National Emergency…then do the Declass…get the bad guys out and put them in GITMO and continue with the Military Tribunals…or did I get that wrong and can some things be switched around as in. can't we Declass when Barr is confirmed on 1/29. which gives us two weeks of play time to gather them up…I don't know…just thinking out loud..
