Mueller Signalling a Change is Coming?

Have been pondering why Mueller shot down BuzzFeed story and defended Trump.

Q has chosen to leave some doubt about the role of Mueller. So we have to interpret his actions both ways.

"Dirty" = Mueller is controlled by DS

"Not Dirty" = Mueller has been flipped and is controlled by Patriots

Either way, why step out against his anti-Trump role/cover?

Was doing so Needed (tactical, responding to events) or Planned (strategic, guiding events)

Mueller Dirty (DS Controlled):

>>Deep State 'Need' line of thinking:

DSN1: He didn't do it just to be honest all of a sudden.

DSN2: What if it was a pre-arranged signal that he's almost at the end of being able to stall wrapping up? He has oversight and knows he is under FISA. He can't risk trying for private comms and must signal openly for deniability.

Got Moar? Can you add conclusions here?

>>Deep State 'Planned' line of thinking:

DSP1: Only one way I can imagine such a move help the DS. Mueller trying to seem non-partisan before releasing report in hopes of boosting credibility with moderates? On this line of thinking I also expect it would be the first of several events, and it doesn't really harm their war on POTUS to shoot down very minor things like that BuzzFeed article. They can CAnniBALize their own pawns all day long without remorse.

Mueller Not Dirty (Patriot Controlled):

>>Patriot 'Need' line of thinking:

PN1: If need based, that's bad. It means the cresting level of threat to Potus was real and they needed to take the edge off it.

PN2: Something they have planned isn't ready yet and they needed to rebalance events/threats.

>>Patriot 'Planned' line of thinking:

PP1: If signaling, it feels like validation he's getting ready to exonerate Trump and break cover, no longer needs it.

PP2: Is prepping the left to reduce the shock.

PP3: If this is Over the Target then this will only be the first of several such events. If there's a need for such events at all then it won't be just a single time over such a minor issue.
