I do, and it's a dangerous route to go down. That's how all totalitarian regimes get rid of the opposition - by decaring them mentally unfit and incarcerating or killing them. Mental unfitness is a very subjective diagnosis - just opposing a regime can be deemed evidence of mental unfitness.
