Q, what is in the sealed document produced at Cruz’s arraignment?

I’ve been reading Behold a Pale Horse .pdf and it nicely tells some of the storylines we have developed here. Uses Q terminology too. Now I understand the Knights Templar, Knights of Malta, and Columbus a lot better.
