Have we figured out how to "monitor funding" for 3 detention centers being prepped?
There were the shutdowns to visitors of a handful of federal prisons, then some reopened to visitors and different ones were shut.
There was a female prison in WV where the staff was dismissed and federal staff came in to take over.
There was the prison barge spotted in Morehead City, NC.
We really don't know whose budget the "3 detention centers being prepped" comes out of.
Anybody got a handle on this?

I am the Anon that posted original 2 pictures and info from Morehead City. That was early Dec (10th ?). The barges were gone the next day. They should have already been to Gitmo.
