If she is, it is by design.
Think about it… no way ANY POTUS would allow someone like her to be around with a husband like she has unless it's part of the choreography to keep enemies guessing. Everything Trump does appears to be chaotic when in fact it's a carefully crafted stage show to keep the media (and the public) guessing. Some of the chaos is so ludicrous it's obviously not true, some of it is a bit more subtle. Q wasn't kidding about great actors. Even people that don't follow Q are catching on. It's a movie.
