Look at the dates of above: 10th, 18th, 22nd, 24th, then reopen on 25th - the deltas form an 8, 4, 2, 1 countdown!
In summary, decodes tell us that POTUS forewarned us 20 days before it happened that he will reopen government on Jan 25th for 3 weeks until Feb 15th! He also provided a countdown of 8, 4, 2, 1. This is not a Big C cave in.
