Found another strange connection to the wine map. On Zinfandel Lane between the railroad tracks and the Backpage property is Raymond Winery.
Raymond Winery has a brand with none other than JOHN LEGEND.
There could be some truth to that tale anon. We could be just scraping the tip of the iceberg still.

The character in the pic is named Quintessa. Quintessa is also a winery near Pelosi's with a cave.
It is named in the Politico article as holding a Pelosi mega-donor fundraiser with ES, Steyer, etc.
The owner of Quintessa, Agustin Huneeus, used to run Seagram's global operations (Bronfmans).
Also numerous social articles connecting Huneeus & Paul Pelosi.
