Pindar is the one that is referred to as the Grand Marshall or something like that of the families. The dragon families. Currently it’s John Von Wright- not sure which Dragon family - the one located in China, either Red Dragon or White Dragon. It is opined by many on YT reporting about the families, that he owns all US Military equipment and is leasing it back to the US.
