A lot of people drive to work in a BMW and have a nice house and nice titles, but when they get to work
they do the work of trafficking children. The business works like this: trafickers are called something else.

talent agency. At the core of what they do is to collect blackmail on decision makers, or future decision makers.

Classify abductions into ones committed by professionals, and ones committed by lone wolf amateurs.
