Anyone that's ever worked private sector IT has seen how screwed up the H1B visa program is. I've personally seen loads of good Americans laid off from a major corp and replaced by shitty tech mahindra h1b employees. Most of the jobs were for software testers too. That for sure isnt a high skilled job. It was sickening. I finally lost my high paying infrastructure job that I had for 12 years to n00bs in Mexico. I'm now making half the money for a small company working 8-5 and loving every bit of it. No more constant fears of being laid off for shitty H1B scammers.
