So what is the plan moving forward? I'm just trying to figure out what's goin on:
– I think the first priority is going to be the replacement of RBG on SCOTUS with Amy Barrett, ideally before 2020. This is ultimately why controlling the Senate was such a big deal. If we can hurry up and make this change, we should have a 6-3 advantage on SCOTUS, which will be necessary for approving the military tribunals which Q has suggested.
– I expect that despite the Dems fighting tooth and nail, if Trump has to call a National Emergency to build the wall, so be it. It will be done before 2020 as well.
– My biggest question is going to be how does Trump handle what appears to be an inevitable global economic slowdown that should happen by the end of the year. How exactly do we wrestle control of the Fed? No doubt they will try to exacerbate any economic issues (by raising interest rates) to trigger a recession before the 2020 election.
– Voter fraud is an issue that I think is more relevant towards control of Congress than the Presidency. If Trump can buckle down on fraud in Florida, he should be able to win enough Midwestern swing states as well to win what I expect will be a close election.
– The real key is stopping voter fraud in border areas. This could help us consolidate control of both House and Senate. Which could make Trump's second term a breeze.
– Honestly, I am not really threatened by any of the Democrat candidates for 2020. Their base has drifted so far left, that it will be tough for their primary winners to win in a general election. Plus, it does seem that Trump has done a fair job of cutting into the Democrat's funding.
– The only potential obstacle I could see would be a wild card like a split Kasich/Hickenlooper unity ticket that could threaten to split the moderate Republican vote. But if we can crush that before they get started, it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
– Of course, what is going to happen with the Mueller investigation? Q has mentioned that Mueller met privately with Trump prior to taking office. What exactly did they discuss? How long is this thing gonna last? How awesome would it be if right before the elections, Mueller announced that there was no evidence of collusion. Regardless, Dems are gonna milk it for all they can.
– Whatever military tribunals take place, we will likely have to wait for the second term. Hopefully, all of the secrets will be exposed then, which means we are gonna have to patient for a loooong time.
