I cannot be more clear on this: You cannot deploy without having provided notorized last will and/or power of attorney.

 

Multiple combat zone deployments - you do this as a unit, it's not something you go down to 10th n Rancier and get a back office notary sign.

Power of Attorney done through military like tha aren't open-ended. They have a 1-2 year max expiration for this very purpose - to keep some contact 'back home'
