the [5] is an OVERT message: Q talks about McCabe (#2) and then POTUS talks about McCabe

the [10] is a much moar subtle or covert message: Q posts the pen pic then POTUS talks about the Hanukkah ceremony, which prior to that he was in the oval office, near the desk/pens

reminder, this is just a theory based on the context in which Q used the deltas that Q confirmed
