Interesting tool here… didn't about it..

Although it has 80+ links in past breads, I bet many don't really know about Recap Archive (Recap = Pacer (mirror image)): https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/

 

It seems that this is an archive that grows from users who install this browser extension (https://free.law/recap/) and then pay for documents on Pacer. (I have NO IDEA if there are negative security implications from using this, so post em if you got em…)

 

Experienced anons who aren't lawfags probably know about Pacer from the sealed indictments and all, but also know you have to pay big $$ to get access to the actual court docs. But the docs themselves are legally free and Pacer is just controlling access, so they can be recollected once someone accesses them.

 

Try typing some choice keywords into Recap and you'll get interesting stuff…
