Been reading and this is what I (not a lawfag) gather

~Back in 2016 Twitter told the Gov "hey we want some classified shit cuz we prolly gunna need that shit to defend ourselves wiff later"

~The courts, in 2017, was like "yeah dude, you're gunna need to let they lawyer see yo shit cause of this, that, and the other thing."

~ The Government was like "aw hell naw, cause we did THIS shit back in 2012, and that shit didn't fly"

~The year passes and Twitters like " yo, wheres our shit?!?" and the Government was like " go fuck yourself"

~So now Twitter is suing cuz they want their lawyer to be able to look though classified shit to corroborated their story

anybody here that can help me and other anons understand this shit, would be much appreciated.
