Curious how would one find a diplomat in a certain state? One with red lettering with a "c" in it? I need pictures of those diplomats. Would I be able to find?
Reason I'm asking In 2005 I was followed by a certain car from a certain gas station when I turned on my road from highway He tailgated me and followed me acting as tho he was trying to run me off country road.getting to town I managed to take swift turn and he turned road ahead. I found myself behind him. he pulled in a driveway and was turning around and it was first time I didn't pay attention to stop signs and sped as fast as I could. If I could find the notebook it had the first 3 digits of that license plates. I never went to the police as I didn't have a license at the time and was afraid I'd get in trouble. I would like to see who this was. It was the scariest thing I'll never forget.. I just found out it was a consular diplomat or a diplomat I'm not sure. Prolly best I just leave alone huh
