Just heard this on t.v. from Steve Irwin, ABC News Anchor, Arizona:

In 2011 Obama released his Birth Certificate on the White House website, the person who made it forgot to MERGE and remove the layers showing that the document was 100% fake. I cannot find the original PDF only the scanned version of that and a re-upload, but here is what happened around the time that got censored.
