The DECLAS was supposed to end Mueller. Evidently, POTUS wants to game to continue.
Marines are imperfect humans like anybody else. They are not all heroes or saints. Lots of them have done time at Leavenworth. Mueller is a crooked man. I can tell that from his looong history of close friendships with some of the most vile, evil, greedy human beings around.
