i've actually felt this was something that a few people have done. for a long time sundance of theconservativetreehouse was one of the best at analyzing and digging what was happening. then all of a sudden he changed and started parroting the "all of trump's agencies and people he appointed are bad and trump isn't in control". it didn't make sense how quick the turnaround was. my guess is that some very intelligent patriots that had platforms got read in on at least part of the plan… and were asked to keep the rosenstein, sessions, wray are bad narrative alive.
i wouldn't be surprised if coulter wasn't in on it too. her rants against trump serve the "weak when your strong" tactic and also help to make him seem more moderate and reasonable to those on the fence
