The $5.7B only builds 100 Miles of new Wall?

I was surprised to learn after a 30 Day shutdown that the we are only getting 100 miles of new wall. A 14 mile stretch of new wall which begins construction in Feb is paid from 2018 Wall funds. Most of the Wall dollars and construction has been repair of replacement.

Anyone else surprised at the little amount of new Wall we are fighting about?

What's the REAL agenda of this massive fight?
