40K feet is the max picture to be revealed to anons
but Q does hint at what's above 40K feet and that it all becomes very bizarre
IMO it also refers to geoengineering and how spraying happens above commercial airliners
geoengineering/CTs are pretty much the biggest scam ever, unclear if we will EVER get the truth
i have been hearing segments on geoengineering NPR, etc. lately, and IMO they are going to announce that it has started and will never admit that it has been going for decades
