Well, they can and they can't. Which is why they have the UNHCR involved. IF certain people want those refugees here, they unfortunately have the resources to make it happen.
If we had a handle on Hussein's refugees that are already here, I might agree with you. (Under the condition that DHS vets the hell out of them.) But, at this stage of the game we need to be exporting illegals, not importing more of them. Hell, we don't even know how many are already here, the numbers keep changing.
