Nowhere in the Official timeline of the Parkland Shooting does it say HOW Nikolas Cruz was indentified or whether anyone actually saw him shooting. He was able to slip out amongst other students for god sakes. How do we KNOW it was really him? Someone else could've done the shooting and he was just programmed to believe he did it.
