But WI has voter ID. Would have had to be at the polls themselves.
Was told very few observers for November 2018.
Also, Walker was super low energy for the race.
POTUS flew in and rallied in the heart of WI. That county was very red in the election.
Even standard dark red counties like Waukesha were pink.
Very odd.
