Sheriff Israel ally Roger Stone banned from CNN

Nationally notorious political operative Roger Stone, a friend and ally of Broward Sheriff Scott Israel, has been banned from appearing on CNN.

The blog Media Matters for America reported CNN's decision on Tuesday, and applauded it. The news network said it decided not to air Stone anymore after viewing some of his tweets disparaging minorities who appeared on their political programs.
