Friend of mine who does a lot of YouTube videos mad an interesting observation today. He uploaded a new one last night in HD and it only went in at 360p. Contacted YouTube and they said if could be over a week to have a high res up. Gave no reason, but it pinged my radar. Anyone have a similar story, or reason they think this might be happening?

Interesting part to me is this was a gaming video from Eve Online. Literally nothing truthful, other than the fact if you take more damage than you have hp, explosions happen.
