-nurses repositioning limp “coma” elderly patient with recently fractured ribs would never be pulling on the patient by her hands.
This pic is 2 nurses assisting a patient to stand. No “deathly ill, induced coma” elderly patient, who would be intubated and ventilated, would be attempting a sit-to-stand positioning.
